Required ? Valid Single Subject Math Credential or Multiple Subject Credential issued by the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing ? Three or more years of relevant teaching experience ? Deep commitment to equitable teaching and learning, including (but not limited to): culturally responsive teaching, inclusion, anti-racist education, restorative practices, Universal Design for Learning (UDL), social-emotional learning, and data-informed instruction ? Passion for contributing to and strengthening an exceptional middle school program ? Experience working with students, families, and colleagues from diverse backgrounds and with a wide range of learning needs, including English Learners, students with IEPs, academically high-achieving students, students performing below grade level, and students who have experienced trauma
