Assistant Summer School Coordinator (Summer 2026) Compensation: $7,625.00 Stipend Application due date: Until this position is filled Junípero Serra High School is a Catholic college preparatory for boys. Responsibilities include: ? Collaborate with the Summer School Director to plan, implement, supervise, and evaluate all activities necessary for the successful operation of Summer School in partnership with school administrators ? Oversee the procurement and inventory management of books and supplies for Summer School ? Coordinate with the Business Office to manage financial operations, including budget oversight and expense tracking ? Help prepare for the end-of-program evaluation meeting to assess the Summer Bridge initiative ? Assist in managing and monitoring all registration activities, including processing waivers, fee adjustments, and refunds ? Coordinate student, teacher, and class information management within the school database in collaboration with the Dean of Studies (using platforms such as PCR, Zoom, and/or Google) ? Provide general and curriculum-specific information to parents/guardians and school personnel, including clarifications on policies. This role involves significant phone communication ?
