Job Summary
Job Summary
Under the direction of the Chief Executive Officer, performs a variety of technical administrative/secretarial and clerical duties in support of Agency administrators and governing Board proceedings. Communicates fluently in both English and Spanish. Coordinates and performs administrative projects such as published materials and events involving the Board. Coordinates work flow and support activities that support preparation for Board proceedings.
Requirements / Qualifications
Education: • Knowledge equivalent to that of a high school diploma; college-level business coursework is preferred. Experience: • Two years of progressive clerical/secretarial experience. • Additional education may substitute for some experience. Licenses and Certificates: • Requires valid California Driver’s License and Insurability.
