Founding Head of School MacArthur Park Charter School – STEAM TK - 5th (6th-8th future) Elementary MacArthur Park Charter School is seeking a visionary and collaborative Founding Head of School to launch and lead our new STEAM-focused elementary school, opening Fall of 2026. (Anticipating 200+ students). Guided by our mission, the Founding Head of School will build a learning environment that emphasizes individual student growth, educational innovation, and strong partnerships with families and the community. MPCS offers a collaborative STEAM-based learning environment designed to spark curiosity in science, technology, engineering, the arts, and mathematics, preparing students for future success in higher education, careers, and civic life. As an environment of innovation, our school is committed to fostering global awareness, mutual respect, civic responsibility, and a lifelong love of learning.
