Job Summary New Horizon School, Irvine, is an independent, non-profit preschool - eighth-grade school committed to providing students with an excellent education and a firm grounding in moral and ethical values. New Horizon fosters a dedication to God through virtuous living in a progressive Islamic environment. We are looking for substitutes for the 2025-2026 school year to serve a variety of needs. Although we are a preschool-eighth-grade school, we are located on two campuses. Grades K-2 are located at the Lower Campus, while grades 3-8 are located at the Upper Campus. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: All substitute teachers will be required to perform the daily duties of the regular teacher as outlined in the lesson plans. CORE Classes: Math, Science, Language Arts, and Social Studies Electives: Art, STEAM, Arabic/Spanish Physical Education Islamic Studies and Quran
