Requirements / Qualifications
CA Single Subject or Multiple Subject Credential or Ed Specialist, EL Authorization Candidates who hold an out-of-state teaching credential/certificate will be considered. Attach a copy of your out-of-state credential to your application.
REQUIRED: Attach all requested documents to your application electronically. You will need to scan each document separately. Make sure the file size for each attachment is 1 MB or lower. PDF format is preferred.
- Certification ((Credential Program Status Letter/Appeasement letter (Clearly state the type of credential, i.e., single subject (list subject), multiple subject or Ed Specialist (list authorization) and the anticipated date of recommendation to CTC.)))
- Copy of Transcript (Showing BA Degree, front and back of transcripts)
- Credential Copy
- Letter of Introduction
- Letter(s) of Recommendation (A minimum of three (3) current letters of recommendation.)
