TEACHER HIRING EVENT for the 2026/2027 SCHOOL YEAR to be held 2/7/26 from 8am - 12pm at our Professional Development Center (located at 530 Keystone Boulevard, next door to our District Office).
Requirements / Qualifications
We would love to meet you! Site administrators and HR personnel will be on site conducting scheduled interviews and potentially offering contracts for the 2026-2027 school year. Please note that this is a scheduled interview event, so it is important to contact Stephanie Days (209-895-7782 or sdays@patterson.k12.ca.us) to schedule a time for your interview. We are hiring special education (Extensive Support Needs, Mild to Moderate Support Needs and Early Childhood Special Education), Multiple Subject (BCLAD and non-BCLAD), Career Technical Education and Single Subject teachers, as well as Speech Language Therapists. We grant service credit for ALL years of credentialed teaching service, including longevity! We offer a 4% stipend for special education teachers, a 3% stipend for Bilingual Authorization for teachers who hold a bilingual assignment, and stipends for advanced degrees We fully fund the Induction program for teachers to clear their credential and we employ two amazing Induction Support Providers to guide teachers through the Induction process and provide mentorship. We value training and coaching and have many teachers on special assignment who are at our sites every day ensuring that our teachers have the straining and support they need to best serve our students.
