Job Summary
The Head Cook is responsible for the daily production of nutritious meals prepared economically and safely. This person must keep accurate records of food production sheets and daily reports. He/she is responsible for training and supervising the kitchen staff. This position is located at Middletown High School. 8 hours per day.
Requirements / Qualifications
Current Certificate of Completion for successfully passing the ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification Examination. (must be compelted within 60 days of hire) Must be able to lift, carry, and/or move, up to 50 pounds safely
