Requirements / Qualifications
Valid CPR and First Aid cards are required and must be included with application. Sudden Cardiac Arrest, Concussion in Sports as well as Heat Stroke courses are also required. Certificates of completion for these courses must be attached to the application . Cards as well as Certificates of completion must be valid for the duration of the sport requested.
