Environmental Charter Schools (ECS) is seeking a dynamic and community-driven individual to serve as the Community and Student Outreach Manager. In this role, you will help build meaningful connections between our schools and the communities we serve. Student enrollment is a top priority at ECS, directly impacting school funding and our ability to serve students and families. The Community and Student Outreach Lead will play a central role in meeting enrollment targets through grassroots outreach, family engagement, and lead conversion strategies. Working closely with the school leadership team and our community partners, you will learn from the perspectives of prospective ECS families and students and elevate the experiences of our current ECS students and families.
