What You’ll Do

• Perform comprehensive evaluations (individually and with OT/ABA teams) to support well-rounded treatment
• Create and deliver engaging, individualized therapy that empowers clients and families
• Offer hands-on coaching to caregivers for in-home carryover of communication skills
• Supervise and mentor SLPAs, helping shape the next generation of therapists
• Participate in weekly playgroups and case roundtables with clinicians from multiple disciplines
• Keep detailed, accurate documentation while collaborating across care teams
• Refer clients to additional support when appropriate

What You’ll Need

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• California SLP license (required)
• CCC from ASHA (required)
• Pediatric experience preferred—but passion is a must!
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain during onboarding
• Strong communication, flexibility, and collaboration skills
