The Program Leader II is responsible for providing support to the Site Director and Program Leaders in their efforts to provide a safe, healthy and supportive environment during the expanded learning hours at their assigned site. This is a part-time position during the afterschool expanded learning hours
Requirements / Qualifications
Education and Experience • Bachelor’s Degree is preferred, • High School diploma or equivalent AND o 48 completed College Units OR o NCLB Paraprofessional Certification • A minimum of two years’ experience working with youth is desirable General Requirements • Must be at least 18 years of age or older. • Must pass a DOJ/FBI background check. • Must receive TB clearance. • Must pass pre-employment drug screening. • A valid California Driver’s License • Evidence of adequate auto insurance coverage is required. You must be listed as an ensured driver.
