THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS ARE REQUIRED AT THE TIME OF APPLICATION: •Copy of valid California credential authorizing service as a school nurse. •Copy of current California licensure as a registered nurse. •Copy of current basic CPR certificate. AB 2534: ALL PREVIOUS CERTIFICATED EMPLOYMENT MUST BE LISTED. LIST EACH DISTRICT, INCLUDING SUBSTITUTE TEACHING EXPERIENCE. IMPORTANT NOTE: Credential copies should include the following: •The name of the credential •Credential's expiration date •Details of the credential •Authorizations of the credential Applicants may obtain credential copies listing all of the above information from the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing's website - www.ctc.ca.gov. California credential students who are scheduled to complete requirements by 08/01/2024 may apply, but need to indicate such on application.
