Requirements / Qualifications
Under general supervision, to maintain assigned rooms, buildings or group of buildings, offices and service facilities in a clean, orderly and secure manner; to perform outdoor and general grounds care duties when assigned; and to do other related work as may be required.
Heavy work involving lifting, carrying, pushing and/or pulling of objects weighing up to 50 pounds. Physical dexterity in limbs and digits to operate hand and power-driven tools and equipment and perform strenuous manual labor. Ability to bend, stoop, grasp and reach.
