Job Summary

We are seeking a long-term substitute Education Specialist/IEP Case Manager to provide Specialized Academic Instruction for middle and high school students at our Earle Jamieson Community School. This role is designed for an educator who understand that students learning begins with safety, connection, and trust. This position is highly collaborative. You will work closely with our general education teachers, our school counselor, behavior analyst, and community partners to create coordinated support systems for students with diverse needs. Together, our team builds capacity not only in our learners, but also within the adults who guide them, ensuring that every student experiences a consistent, relational, and responsive educational environment.
