Job Summary
Under the direction of the Learning Director/ ELO-P Coordinator, coordinate, facilitate, and lead the day-to-day operations of the ELO-P program. Continually monitor and adjust the program for quality according to the Quality Standards for Expanded Learning in California. Maintain student, family, staff, and program records, and communicate with families and staff regularly. Ensure adequate safety & student supervision, high-quality nutrition, and appropriately engaging activities. Perform community liaison and outreach activities as assigned.
Requirements / Qualifications
Licenses: A valid CA teaching credential or equivalent degree/experience preferred. Valid California Driver’s License or the ability to obtain one. Current CPR and First Aid certifications. Education: Possess a Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited college or university. Experience: Two years of work experience in education services, youth development, youth services, expanded learning programs, child care centers, or equivalent programs.
