The mission of Gabriella Charter Schools is to join academic rigor with the creativity of dance to engage the hearts and minds of young people in underserved communities, empowering them to excel both inside and outside the classroom. Gabriella Charter Schools is composed of two high-performing, dance-themed charter schools in the Los Angeles community. GCS 1 serves grades TK-8 and is located in the community of Echo Park. GCS 2 serves grades TK-8 and is located in the community of Historic South Central. Job Summary

The After School Special Education Instructional Aide will provide support to student(s) with special needs during the after school program. The aide will implement comprehensive positive behavioral support plans and effective behavior management strategies; accommodate and deliver expanded learning related instruction; participate as a member of the after school and expanded learning team. This position may include summer work opportunities pending program needs.
