Visions In Education is seeking a Credentialed Teacher who will work on special assignment as a Professional Learning & Innovation TOSA for the 2025/26 school year. The Professional Learning & Innovation TOSA is responsible for supporting the implementation of professional learning opportunities and equitable, robust instructional support. This position will work closely with the Senior Director of Instruction, Professional Learning & Innovation Manager, Directors of Instruction, Curriculum Coordinators, Principals, and Teachers to provide professional development, training & training materials as well as provide instructional support through an equity-minded lens. This position will work a hybrid schedule of 1 day at our office in Gold River, CA and 4 days remotely. This position is required to attend in person events as assigned. In addition, this position is required to attend in-person training and/or meetings. Depending upon the needs of the department this schedule is subject to change. Teachers start on the salary schedule based upon semester units beyond their Bachelors. Visions’ Step 1 is similar to Step 7 of surrounding districts and for that reason, most teachers start on Step 1 of our salary schedule. Additional steps may be given for credentialed positions that are difficult to fill. $65,259 (0-29 units) $68,392 (30-60 units) $74,273 (60 or more units) Visions has a 20 step salary schedule for teachers which includes a 4.5% salary increase each school year until they reach Step 10. Visions’ teachers on Step 10, with 60+ units, earn up to $110,377. Visions’ teachers on Step 20, with 60+ units, earn up to $118,103.
