Job Summary

• Use graphic design software to create flyers, logos, posters and social media posts to promote school events. Create communication/marketing templates that support the overall theme of the initiative or event. • Manage the school’s social media presence to include proactively seeking, creating and publishing meaningful and engaging content on a daily basis. Collect and share images and videos that tell a compelling story about our school’s mission and brand. • Photograph and/or record school events and day-to-day campus life. • Work with vendors to plan, create and edit videos for use at fundraising or admissions-related events. • Oversee the design and printing of written marketing and informational materials including admissions materials and annual reports. Education and Experience Required • Bachelors Degree in Communications, Marketing or related field required. • 1-2 years of experience in a communications or marketing role required. • Proficiency with social media platforms. • Photography and video creation/editing experience helpful. • Experience with graphic design software, including Canva or similar programs. • Strong computer skills including a proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Mail/Calendar/Docs. • Event planning and/or fundraising experience helpful.
