Requirements / Qualifications

Education and Experience: * High school diploma, GED, or equivalent. * Successful completion of vocational school or technical college or apprenticeship program; OR at least three years of experience via on-the-job training required. * Completion of a training program or apprenticeship will be advantageous. * Construction experience preferred.

Proficiency and experience with woodshop machinery non-negotiable, as well as the ability to construct commercial cabinetry in a timely fashion using industry accepted methods and practices. Moreover, the ideal candidate should thrive in a collaborative team environment, adept at seamlessly integrating their skills while also being receptive to guidance and direction from fellow team members.
