Visions In Education is growing, and we are seeking a highly skilled person who can lead, analyze, prepare, audit, monitor and perform complex work in the development, control and analysis of student information systems, organizational contracts and other highly complex responsibilities in a fast paced environment. This position will oversee the management of various technology integrations, responsible for supervision of student ordering, vendor support, facilities and fiscal services areas. Will lead, manage and support a variety of staff including management and classified staff who have responsibility over Fiscal Services, Special Education Fiscal Support, Ordering Services, Facilities, Vendor support, and other highly complex duties. Ensures all budgeting, accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, purchasing, vendor management, contract negotiations, cash management, financial reports, fiscal compliance, board policies, review of new laws and reporting are performed in compliance with high degree of accuracy. Serves as a department liaison with various departments within the organization ensuring procedures, processes and software systems are optimized to promote organizational efficiency. Directs and coordinates research and evaluation including analysis and interpretation of student ordering data, student attendance, accountability and other data. Responsible for all state reporting related to data collected and managed within Visions numerous information systems. In addition, will be assuming responsibility for various elements of risk management (safety, insurance coverages, training, etc.). In general, this position will work a hybrid schedule of 4 days at our office in Gold River, CA and 1 day remotely. However, this will not begin until the employee is fully trained. Depending upon the needs of the department this schedule is subject to change.

Requirements / Qualifications

- A four (4) year college degree from an accredited university in business, accounting or financial management or related field is required. - A Masters In Business Administration, CPA license or CBO Certification is highly desirable. - Minimum of five (5) - seven (7) years of experience leading and managing staff in a large complex organization is highly desirable. - Proven ability to lead highly complex projects and initiatives with successful outcomes. - Previous public and/or charter school experience is highly desirable.
