Under assigned supervision, the School Health Systems Compliance Analyst supports the delivery of high-quality school-based behavioral health services; leads the implementation, optimization, and ongoing maintenance of the Student Health Electronic Health Record (EHR) system and behavioral health billing; ensures the implementation and maintenance of required compliance measures; serves as a liaison between clinical, billing, and technical teams to ensure seamless system operations, user adoption, and data integrity across county, state, and federal program requirements; provides expert support for reporting, clinical technical documentation, training, and end-user engagement, aligning clinical and billing practices with operational needs while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and experienced in optimizing Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems in school-based or behavioral health settings. They understand clinical workflows, billing processes, and compliance requirements such as HIPAA, DHCS, CYBHI fee schedules, and ECM reporting. They collaborate effectively with clinical, billing, and technical teams to ensure accurate documentation, strong data integrity, and smooth system operations, supported by experience with reporting, dashboards, and analytics. They are also skilled in training end users, creating clear documentation, and managing multiple projects with adaptability and accountability. This position is full-time, in-person and has a work year of 12 months, 261 days per year, 8 hours per day. Leadership team members are eligible to receive a $2,500 annual stipend for a master’s degree and a $2,500 additional stipend for a doctorate, provided official documentation is submitted.
