Job Summary
Job Summary
Under the supervision of a certificated teacher, the Instructional Aide assists with lesson implementation, preparing materials, and supervising students across various settings in Transitional Kindergarten through Grade 8. This position helps implement lesson plans, supports all students, and ensures a safe and positive classroom environment. The School Clerical Support provides clerical and administrative support for both school/district operations. This position manages office functions, financial processes, and compliance tasks, serving as a key point of contact for parents, staff, vendors, and the public. Responsibilities include maintaining student and district records, processing accounts payable, coordinating vendor communications, and responding to requests from the San Benito County Office of Education.
