Under the supervision of the site principal, the CTE Culinary Arts Instructor will work jointly with the CTE Department to provide instruction to students in order to develop basic culinary arts skills. This course is designed to educate middle school students in foundational cooking and baking skills, including food safety, kitchen organization, ingredient functions, and basic baking techniques.
