Position Overview As the Director of Student Experience at Ednovate, you will shape and support our approach to student belonging and engagement. You will play a critical role in ensuring high quality student services, programming and advisory across the network by supervising the Senior Manager of Athletics and Senior Manager of Positive Multigeneral Change (PMC), coaching Assistant Principals of Student Services (APSS), and managing network wide initiatives that elevate the student experience. This role is an exciting opportunity for a results driven instruction and culture leader to create joyful, affirming, and connected learning environments that empower students to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. This is a full time exempt role reporting to the Senior Director of Academics. What You'll Do Coach and develop staff. Supervise and build the capacity of the Senior Manager of Athletics and Senior Manager of PMC to drive student outcomes through programming and school staff support. Coach the Assistant Principals of Student Services (APSS), building their capacity to lead student culture, support, and engagement on their campuses. Lead the APSS cohort and facilitate collaborative communities of practice sessions that align APSS leaders across the network, ensuring coherence and growth in student services. Drive a strong advisory program across schools. Drive high quality implementation of the advisory program through program development, training, and coaching. Ensure that all schools are executing a consistent, high impact advisory program that builds relationships, identity, student purpose, and social emotional learning. Advance student engagement and belonging. Lead initiatives and programs that promote joy, inclusion, and a deep sense of belonging for all students, with an emphasis on equity and student voice. Design and manage student programming. Oversee network wide student experiences—including events, campaigns, and celebrations—that build school pride and community.Partner closely with the Wellness and External Impact teams to align services and supports that meet the holistic needs of students. We're Looking For Bachelor degree, required.
