Job Summary
San Gabriel Unified School District is seeking an Instructional Aide to support students with special needs in a pre-school classroom setting. Working under the direction of a certificated teacher, the aide assists with instructional activities, provides tutoring, reinforces lessons, and performs clerical tasks to support the classroom environment. Key responsibilities include aiding in the implementation of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), assisting with classroom organization, and supporting students in both academic and social settings. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; AA degree or 48 units preferred Strong knowledge of instructional techniques and clerical skills Ability to maintain a positive and supportive learning atmosphere Reports to: School Principal or designee Ideal candidates are patient, adaptable, and dedicated to fostering an inclusive educational experience for all students.

Must complete 48 college units. Will be verified by official transcripts if hired with the district. Prefer experience working with children or school type setting.
