Job Summary
Performs a variety of office support in a clerical and technical capacity, following, applying, and interpreting well-established policies, procedures, and mandated regulations. Assignments are usually at a secondary-level school site where incumbents may specialize in registration, attendance, business, or student services, yet are able to perform in each area.
Requirements / Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Education and Experience A high school diploma or equivalent supplemented by college-level course work in general office practices AND two years of general clerical, data entry, or administrative support experience, preferably in an educational environment. OR An associate degree with coursework in business administration, communications, behavioral science, or a related field AND one year of general clerical, data entry, or administrative support experience, preferably in an educational environment. Licenses and Certificates May require a valid California driver’s license. May require a first aid certificate.

To establish a list of eligible candidates that will be used to fill full and part-time, permanent and substitute assignments, for the duration of the list, up to one year. The current vacancy is 10-month, full-time (8 hours/day) position located at Royal High School.
APPLICATION DEADLINE: Completed applications must be submitted no later than 11:59 p.m. on December 23, 2025. Late applications will not be accepted.
TESTING PROCESS:
A) Multiple Choice Test= 40% weighting on final score
Tentatively scheduled for January 8, 2026.
B) Structured Interview= 60% weighting on final score
Tentatively scheduled for as early as the week of January 12, 2026.
