The Principal is responsible for fostering a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion; ensuring school safety; cultivating a sense of belonging for all community members; and overseeing instructional excellence. Key areas include instructional leadership, curriculum development, teacher and staff evaluation, program implementation, human resources oversight, parent communication, and compliance with federal and state requirements. The Principal also ensures collaboration with the SDUSD Charter Office and maintains all school facilities.
Requirements / Qualifications
Minimum five years of school leadership experience. California Administrative Services Credential – Tier II (required and maintained). Master’s degree in Education, School Administration, or related field.
