You communicate clearly, stay organized, and manage your time well in a busy office environment. You bring strong customer service skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to learn new tasks quickly. You take pride in supporting smooth school operations and contributing to a welcoming office culture. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for (but not limited to): -Greeting and assisting students, families, staff, and visitors with professionalism and courtesy. -Answering phones, responding to inquiries, and directing calls or messages appropriately. -Supporting clerical tasks including filing, copying, scanning, data entry, and document preparation. -Maintaining office organization, supplies, and common areas. -Assisting with attendance, student records, or communication tasks as assigned. -Supporting event preparation, scheduling, and logistics. -Maintaining confidentiality and following district policies and procedures. -Providing customer-focused service while multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

What you need for this position: -Completion of 12th grade or equivalent, or any combination of education, experience, and training that is equivalent -Resume and letter of introduction outlining your desire and qualifications for this position Location -Willow Glen High School -1.0 FTE - 40 hrs./week - 7:30pm-4:00pm -11-Month Position Note to internal applicants: Even though we may have some information on file for you, we encourage you to submit a letter of introduction highlighting your qualifications and interest in this role, as well as any other information you would like to share.
