Job Summary

Under the supervision of the Director of Child Development Programs, the Child Development Teacher guides the growth and development of children to their highest potential. Plans age appropriate and culturally sensitive activities that promotes healthy social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development of each child. Teachers will also guide the Instructional Aides and volunteers.

Requirements / Qualifications

Must have a minimum of 24 semester units in Early Childhood/Child Development, 16 semester units in general education and 175 days of ECE/CD experience. Must also Possess California Child Development Permit.
