INTERVIEW INFORMATION: First round interviews are tentatively schduled for December 11th with final interviews tentatively scheduled for December 12th. JOB PURPOSE STATEMENT: The Director II, Curriculum and Instruction provides strategic leadership and direction for all aspects of the High School instructional program, curriculum design, development, alignment, and implementation across the district. This role ensures high-quality curriculum, instruction, and fair outcomes for all students, maintaining fidelity to state and federal standards, and driving professional learning initiatives that support continuous academic improvement.
Requirements / Qualifications
Education: A Masters degree or higher. Experience: Three (3) years of successful experience as a school-site or district-level administrator, demonstrating effective instructional leadership that resulted in the improvement of teaching and learning. Five (5) years of classroom experience as a secondary teacher.
