INTERVIEW INFORMATION: First round interviews are tentatively schduled for December 11th with final interviews tentatively scheduled for December 16th. JOB PURPOSE STATEMENT: Under the direction of the Assistant Superintendent, Educational Services, the Executive Director, Leadership supports the educational programs of the District by providing leadership development and assuming management responsibility with the development, selection, implementation, evaluation and continual refinement of the District’s instructional programs, in order to accelerate and enhance student achievement for all students to be college and career ready.
Requirements / Qualifications
Education: Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in a related field. Experience: Six (6) years of progressively responsible management experience in public education including five years of successful teaching experience, and three years of Principal experience. Training and/or experience in educational leadership development.
