The job of Data Specialist – IT was created to assist in the implementation, operation and maintenance of District information system applications (both commercial and District developed), and provide support and training for those applications under general supervision of the CTO. This position will facilitate the computerized collection, management, manipulation, and distribution of District application data used for analysis of student progress, evaluation and implementation of school programs, and mandatory reporting to California State Department of Education, such as CALPADS reporting. Complete basic programming tasks and complex reports in support of District needs. Troubleshoot and provide answers to support questions.
