Job Summary
Under general supervision, plan and perform custodial and light maintenance work at Richvale Charter Academy and within the Biggs Unified School District; drive a van route; and perform other assigned duties.
Requirements / Qualifications
Valid Class C Driver's License Required Subject to Random Drug Testing
Must: 1) have knowledge of modern cleaning methods and equipment, 2) be able to perform minor repairs, 3) have the ability to operate heating and ventilating equipment, 4) be able to lift sixty pounds from ground level to table top level, 5) be able to climb a ladder and work on scaffolding up to two stories high, 6) have completed the 12th grade or equivalent, 7) know how to read and write and follow written and oral instruction given in English, 8) be able to work cooperatively with others and independently, 9) knowledge of safe driving practices and provisions of the CA Motor Vehicle Code and Education Code applicable to the operation of vehicles in the transportation of children.
