Job Summary
Under the direction of the Financial Analyst and Payroll Manager, perform a variety of technical payroll accounting duties to assure District employees are paid in an accurate and timely manner; prepare, maintain and assure accuracy of a variety of automated and manual records and reports related to the payroll function.
Requirements / Qualifications
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: • Any combination equivalent to: graduation from high school supplemented by college-level course work in accounting or related field and • Five years clerical payroll, accounting or similar experience, three of which should be school related

WORK LOCATION: District Office
WORK SCHEDULE: 8.0 hours per day, 5.0 days per week, 12.0 months per year
Sick leave is earned at a rate of 12 days annually and vacation is earned at a rate of 20 days annually. There is an available insurance policy for hospitalization, major medical, dental, vision, and life. School employees must join the State School Employees Retirement System.
