Requirements / Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: • Any combination equivalent to graduation from high school and two years of college level training with a major in accounting or a closely related field. • Type at a speed of not less than 50 words per minute from clear, legible copy. • A minimum of four (4) years experience performing employee benefits enrollment and California state and federal labor regulations regarding leaves and benefits issues. • Knowledge of federal and state laws, codes, regulations and requirements pertaining to employee benefits/insurance plans preferably in a school district is highly desirable. • Must have strong Microsoft office and excel skills. Experience may be substituted for college level training.
