The Director of Teaching & Learning plays a critical role in advancing TAS's mission to achieve network-wide academic excellence through highly effective instruction. This position reports directly to the Chief Schools Officer and leads the implementation of our comprehensive academic strategy across all schools in the network. The Director is responsible for ensuring that all students have access to high-quality instructional materials, consistent instructional practices, and data-driven interventions that support their academic growth and college readiness.
