Job Summary
Under general supervision of the Director of Maintenance, this position is responsible for providing an optimum environment for teaching and learning through the maintenance of systems which control room temperatures, to do skilled work in the installation, maintenance, repair, modification, and operation of air conditioning systems and heating, ventilating and boiler equipment, and to do other maintenance work as required.
Requirements / Qualifications
Two years of experience in the performance of building maintenance and in electrical and mechanical systems repair and the effective operation of plumbing, HVAC and bell, alarm and fire systems.

- Letter(s) of Reference (2-3 letters of reference within the last two years)
- Proof of HS Graduation (H.S. Diploma, G.E.D., Transcripts)
