Job Summary

The San Luis Obispo County Office of Education – Early Care & Education Planning Council seeks an accomplished Program Coordinator to support the Inclusive Early Education Expansion Program (IEEEP), a California Department of Education initiative designed to expand access to inclusive early learning and care programs for children with disabilities, including those with severe disabilities.

Requirements / Qualifications

1) Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Special Education, Public Administration, or a related field AND five or more years of increasingly responsible experience in early childhood education, special education, or related administrative or social service fields. 2) Experience with state or federally funded grant implementation, compliance tracking, and fiscal oversight. 3) Strong administrative skills including proficiency in database management, spreadsheets, and project coordination. 4) Experience collaborating with educators, families, and community organizations to promote inclusion. 5) Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 6) Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
