Warehouse Coordinator/District Services - Promotional at Fullerton Elementary School District

Requirements / Qualifications
POSITION DETAILS The Fullerton School District is seeking a qualified individual to fill a full-time Warehouse Coordinator position in our Business Services department. The incumbent is tasked with coordinating, organizing, and directing the operation of a central warehouse and delivery system at the District Administrative Offices. This classification differs from that of Warehouse Coordinator/Food Services in that the warehouse coordinator assigned to the Nutrition Services Department specializes in warehousing food services related items rather than District-wide materials and services. Hours to be set by supervisor between 6:00AM to 4:30PM, Monday through Friday. This career opportunity is an 8 hours/day, 12-month position with paid holidays, sick leave and vacation. The District offers a comprehensive package of health benefits, dental, vision and life insurance with paid holidays, sick leave, and vacation. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE Education: Equivalent to graduation from high school. Experience: Four (4) years of responsible warehouse storekeeping or stock control experience, including one (1) year in a related supervisory or lead capacity. Other: License requirements: - Possession of a valid California Driver's License.
RECRUITMENT PROCESS This is a promotional only recruitment. Recruitment examinations may consist of a training and experience (supplemental responses) evaluation, written test, performance test and/or structured oral interview. To qualify to be placed on an eligibility list, a candidate must obtain a passing score on each part of the examination process. Final scores will be obtained by combining the relative weights of scores on each part of the examination. If Veteran's credit is claimed, proof of status (DD214) must be submitted to the Classified Personnel Commission Office at the same time the application form is submitted or prior to testing. The life of the eligibility list will be one year (12 months). The resulting eligibility list will be used to fill current and future vacancies. Date of Examination The date of the examination(s) will be announced at a later date. Candidates who are among the most qualified shall be notified via email and/or telephone of the time, date, and place of the examination(s).
