Requirements / Qualifications
To apply, Applicants must complete an online application through Ed-join at www.edjoin.org and submit prior to the deadline. • EXPERIENCE: Two (2) years of experience working with individuals who have special needs preferred. • CERTIFICATES, LICENSE, REGISTRATIONS: Valid California Driver’s License QUALIFICATIONS: Paraprofessional Requirements Applicants must have a high school diploma or equivalent and meet ONE of the following: • 48+ college units (attach unofficial transcripts), OR • Associate’s degree (A.A.) or higher (attach diploma or unofficial transcripts), OR • Passing score on a Paraprofessional Exam or CBEST (attach test results). Please attach evidence to the application in Ed-join. Applicants who have not previously met these requirements are welcome to apply, but if selected for an interview, will be contacted by Human Resources prior to their interview to take a Paraprofessional test at the District Office. District employees must apply through Ed-Join using a password-protected, In-District Application.
