Requirements / Qualifications
High School degree required, Bachelor's degree preferred The ability to create a school environment where students feel safe, supported, and challenged Ability to set clear expectations and boundaries with students Ability to build quick rapport with students Passion and commitment to teaching students in underserved areas and belief that all students can succeed Relentless drive to set and achieve ambitious goals Strong collaboration and teamwork skills Growth mindset and ability to use feedback to improve practice Experience teaching or working with students in underserved areas preferred
