Job Summary

Job Summary

Under the general direction of the school's administration, the Technology Support Specialist will provide technical support in the operation and maintenance of a computer network, including all computers, software, and peripherals; install and configure personal computer equipment; install and configure necessary software applications; provide assistance, direction, and training to users and school site staff; work at various sites to troubleshoot issues with servers, network equipment, workstations, printers, and software; and communicate with an administrative office and site support staff on technical issues. Work schedule Mon-Fri 7:45 am - 4:15 pm
