Job Summary

Under the direction of the Administrative Director Food Services and guidance of the Kitchen Manager, assist in quantity preparation and serving of foods at an assigned school site; maintain food service facilities, equipment and utensils in a clean and sanitary condition; perform cashiering duties as assigned.

Requirements / Qualifications

Must have a high school diploma or its equivalent. Must have at least one year of experience in the preparation and serving of food in large quantities. Must pass a pre-employment physical.

Location: Various Sites Hours: 3.75 Monday - Friday California School Employees Association Agreement Article VI, 6.1.3 states: "Voluntary transfer/promotion requests by an employee for an opening shall be given prior consideration over a new employee." Article VI, 6.3.2 states: "When a new position is created or an existing position becomes vacant, the District shall first offer the opportunity to transfer or to seek promotion to bargaining unit employees."
