JOB PURPOSE STATEMENT: Under the supervision of the Director I, operates and supervises the libraries in the District. The District Librarian will assist instructional staff by making a variety of library materials and services available to supplement the instructional program; provide educational experiences for students in the area of library resources and technology; oversee the work of assigned classified staff; and perform related work as required.
