EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Any combination equivalent to: Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, public administration, education, or a related field and Experience: Two years of experience performing duties related to the implementation and administration of grant-funded programs, including technical assistance, fiscal oversight, and data management. Experience in performing these functions within a public agency is preferred.

The Instruction, Leadership and Innovation Division is now accepting applications for Grants Program Specialist.
Under assigned supervision, supports the implementation and sustainability of an assigned grant-funded program(s) by administering fiscal and data systems, ensuring compliance, and assisting in the coordination of program operations; provides analysis and reporting to inform decision-making; supports cross-agency collaboration; serves as a strategic liaison and provides technical assistance to internal and external stakeholders in support of the program’s mission
This position is full-time, in-person and has a work year of 12 months/ 261 days/ 8 hours per day.
Two positions are available, one in each of the following departments:
- Learning and Instruction
- Education Preparation Programs. This is grant or Federal/State categorical funded until June 30, 2029. The Educator Preparation Programs Department expects to apply for an extension.

- Selected candidates from the list will be invited to a second interview with the hiring authorities, tentatively scheduled for TBD.
- Second interviews may be held in-person.
