These temporary roles ensure continuity of operations, food services, and classroom support for students.

Position & Assignment Details:
Roles Include: Food Service Workers, Office Clerical, Paraprofessionals, Instructional Aides
Duration: As needed throughout the potential work stoppage period
Locations: Various school sites across WCCUSD
Schedule: Full or partial day assignments; flexible scheduling may be required
Compensation:
Daily Rate: $350/day
Paid on a per-day basis; no additional benefits beyond the daily rate
Qualifications / Requirements:
Ability to follow directions, work independently, or as part of a team
Must pass a background check and provide references
Flexibility to work across multiple sites and shifts
Strong interpersonal skills, reliability, and commitment to serving students
