Job Summary
The Paraprofessional supports students by reinforcing classroom instruction, assisting with individual or small group learning, and helping maintain a positive and safe learning environment. Working under the supervision of a certificated teacher, this role provides academic and behavioral support to promote student success.
Requirements / Qualifications
High School Diploma required Associate’s Degree (AA) in Early Childhood Education preferred Valid California Driver’s License Current First Aid and CPR certification(upon employment) TB clearance(upon employment) Drug/Substance Abuse Test clearance (upon employment) Department of Justice fingerprint clearance (upon employment) Pass Basic Skills Test or possess (waived with AA degree)
