Position Overview As a Program Leader II, you’ll work closely with the Site Director and Program Leaders to foster a high-performing team and ensure a safe, healthy, and engaging space for students. You’ll play a key role in supporting daily operations, mentoring staff, and delivering meaningful activities that align with ProYouth’s mission. Schedule Monday through Friday 1:30 PM to 6:30 PM
Requirements / Qualifications
Key Responsibilities Assist the Site Director in building and leading a strong site team Mentor Program Leaders to enhance their effectiveness Promote a physically and emotionally safe environment for students and staff Foster trust and respect among students through positive communication Support HEART Program goals and meet grant attendance requirements Serve snacks and maintain CACFP-compliant records Ensure timely and accurate data entry and reporting Deliver age-appropriate, exciting activities Uphold ProYouth’s vision, policies, and procedures Build professional relationships with staff, school personnel, and families Complete assigned tasks accurately and on time
Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree preferred High School diploma or equivalent required, plus: 48 college units OR NCLB Paraprofessional Certification Minimum 2 years of experience working with youth preferred Adaptable and solution-oriented
