Under the direction of the Director of Career Pathways and Partnerships, the Proposition 28 Coordinator leads the systemwide implementation, compliance, and evaluation of Proposition 28 (Arts and Music in Schools) across Highlands Community Charter and Technical Schools (HCCTS). The coordinator ensures equitable allocation of resources, alignment with the law’s intent, robust fiscal stewardship, and transparent reporting that expands high-quality arts and music learning opportunities for all HCCTS students. Requirements / Qualifications

The position requires the following items to be attached to the application, or the application will not be considered: . Resume . Letter of Reference (2 Required) . Bachelor's degree required, Master’s degree preferred. . Administrative Credential Preferred for Certificated. . Three (3) + years of successful experience in program management at the school/district or nonprofit level, including budget development and compliance reporting. . Strong knowledge of Proposition 28 grant requirements, workforce development strategies, and grant compliance requirements. . Proficiency in grant management principles, including fiscal oversight and reporting. . Strong analytical skills to track program effectiveness, monitor expenditures, and ensure compliance. . Effective communication and leadership skills to train staff, collaborate with stakeholders, and advocate for program improvements. . Ability to collaborate and coordinate multiple groups. . Strong data driven decision making. . Able to consistently meet deadlines. . Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills in program implementation. . Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse student populations, educators, and workforce partners. . This position requires regular travel between sites. A valid driver’s license, personal automobile, and proof of insurance.
